The music industry has been greatly affected by the pandemic and yet it had been bearable until recent times when the stars started getting exposed to the deadly novel coronavirus. The people got more and more worried as many of the known celebrities succumbed to the virus, and some were left in fragile conditions. The internet yet again got anxious when the wanted show of ‘the search’ was postponed, that was going to be aired on BBC.
The BBC show was all set to get aired this Saturday with another broadcast when ‘the search’ faced some unfavourable circumstances for the hosting of the show. The filming process Is paused as a few members from the shoot crew are tested positive for the Wuhan vitrus according to the reports.
This show is formed by the pop singer group little mix. The infected crew members have reportedly not contracted with Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Jessy Nelson and Leigh Anne pinnock belonging to the famous group of the little mix.
The statement that came from the BBC read
“We can confirm that a small number of people on the Little Mix The Search production have tested positive for coronavirus and they are now self-isolating following the latest Government guidelines.”
“Due to the format of the show, we have made the decision to postpone Saturday’s programme.’’
“There are rigorous protocols in place to manage Covid-19 as the safety of all those involved in the production is paramount.”
The expected airing date-
The show which was set to air on the 17th of this month on Saturday is supposedly postponed to the unfixed broadcast date. Some of the reports claim the next broadcast might happen i-[o n 24th October 2020, after examining the conditions of the other crewmates that might have contracted the affected people.
